You'll build and evolve the core services powering agentic AI and knowledge products at Sana, a fast-growing AI lab. You'll drive architecture and systems design to ensure our platform supports enterprise-scale workloads and high data volumes reliably.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and decompose services and APIs for scale
• Build eventing and queue systems for high-throughput data flows
• Lead schema evolution, migrations, and query optimization
• Optimize for performance budgets and tenant isolation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering experience
• Expertise in TypeScript and Node.js
• Deep knowledge of Postgres and distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure

• Experience with Kotlin or Java
• Familiarity with Redis and event-driven architectures
