Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex user issues and communicate with high-value users via email and occasionally by call
  • Manage business critical escalations and incidents for users
  • Become expert in Stripe products to resolve user issues with context-aware support
  • Work with a small portfolio of users to analyze and improve their support experience
  • Analyze and optimize support documentation and processes to scale operations
