- Troubleshoot complex user issues and communicate with high-value users via email and occasionally by call
- Manage business critical escalations and incidents for users
- Become expert in Stripe products to resolve user issues with context-aware support
- Work with a small portfolio of users to analyze and improve their support experience
- Analyze and optimize support documentation and processes to scale operations
