💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, support daily operations, and help meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine retail leadership with a mission to fight hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Open and close the store, including register and cash handling
• Assist with planogram changes, merchandising, and stock room organization
• Support store management in loss prevention and team development

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store independently

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
