You'll act as a strategic partner to existing customers, helping them unlock the full potential of SurveyMonkey's AI-powered insights platform. You'll execute full-cycle sales strategies to exceed revenue targets within an established book of business. This role offers the chance to drive expansion into large organizations while working at a company trusted by 260K+ organizations worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute full-cycle sales strategies to close expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to map organizational hierarchies.
  • Deliver consultative presentations aligning AI capabilities with customer needs.
  • Manage complex deal cycles using MEDDPICC framework.

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in SaaS or professional services.
  • Experience in account expansion or territory management.
  • Proficiency in sales qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
