🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Managers overseeing external manufacturing partners
• Support new product commercialization by ensuring quality readiness and compliance at supplier sites
• Oversee quality systems and processes for external manufacturers, ensuring alignment with standards
• Manage consumer complaint investigations and corrective actions
• Collaborate with co-manufacturers to ensure adherence to supplier quality expectations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in food industry or quality assurance within manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree required; Food Science preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety systems, and quality management frameworks
• Proven experience leading teams and managing external suppliers or co-manufacturers
