You'll lead the global talent acquisition operations team and own end-to-end recruitment processes for a high-growth SaaS company. Your work will directly impact scalable hiring infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2+ TA operations specialists.
  • Optimize ATS (Greenhouse) workflows and system integrations.
  • Design and deliver TA dashboards and metrics with People Analytics.
  • Ensure TA compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or People Operations.
  • Proven experience leading direct reports (coordinators, analysts).
  • Expertise in Greenhouse, Workday, and Looker configuration and reporting.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing AI tools for recruitment.
  • Background in vendor contract management.
  • Experience with global TA operations.
