You'll lead the global talent acquisition operations team and own end-to-end recruitment processes for a high-growth SaaS company. Your work will directly impact scalable hiring infrastructure and data-driven decision-making.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 2+ TA operations specialists.
- Optimize ATS (Greenhouse) workflows and system integrations.
- Design and deliver TA dashboards and metrics with People Analytics.
- Ensure TA compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or People Operations.
- Proven experience leading direct reports (coordinators, analysts).
- Expertise in Greenhouse, Workday, and Looker configuration and reporting.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience implementing AI tools for recruitment.
- Background in vendor contract management.
- Experience with global TA operations.
