Description

You will deliver exceptional customer service to auto repair shops, solving tough problems and building loyalty. You'll liaise between customers and internal teams, use a relationship-based approach, and help customers effectively utilize the Shopmonkey platform.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in high volume call center
• Fluent in both English and French
• Able to work Eastern time zone hours Monday through Friday
• Clear, professional, friendly communication style
• Self-directed learner and highly motivated

Responsibilities

• Learn the Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry
• Deliver best-in-class service using a relationship-based approach
• Thoroughly gather customer information, fulfill needs, and document interactions
• Respond to complaints and service inquiries professionally
• Manage workload, maintain schedule, and meet performance standards
