🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of Service and Install departments
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively
• Participate in annual budgeting and deliver return on sales above forecast
• Lead performance reviews and safety initiatives for field force

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing personnel in a service organization
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical problem solving
• Experience hiring, training, and conducting annual performance reviews
