Description

You will build and scale the post-purchase platform for major retail brands, driving reliability and performance KPIs. Collaborate with a motivated engineering team to design, develop, and launch new features, owning end-to-end service delivery.

Requirements

• BS/MS in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years software engineering experience on distributed systems
• Experience designing, developing, debugging, and operating resilient distributed systems
• Deep expertise in Java, Python, Go, Scala, or Rust
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Help team members grow technically and embrace modern engineering practices
• Design, estimate, develop, and launch new product features
• Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovations for system availability, resilience, and performance
• Own reliability and scalability KPIs
• Drive decisions on scaling and extending the platform
