You will develop and implement a developer experience improvement strategy, champion DevOps practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and operational reliability. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in project management, preferably in technology or financial services
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience in governance frameworks and processes
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
