💼 About This Role

You'll join OneTrust's agile Product Engineering team to develop and architect new features for the AI-Ready Governance Platform. You'll contribute to frontend and backend development, mentor junior developers, and drive system architecture discussions. This role offers the chance to shape the future of responsible data and AI governance at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop web/mobile interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Design and unit test applications deployed to MS Azure
• Collaborate with UX, Product Managers, and developers on system architecture
• Conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA Hibernate, REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Proficiency in Kubernetes
• Experience with NoSQL databases
