💼 About This Role

You'll conduct intake evaluations for children and adolescents in a hybrid telehealth setting. Your work ensures seamless transitions into ongoing care for youth and families. This role offers flexible scheduling and immediate referrals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead individual in-person and telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families from the start
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated treatment
• Maintain thorough intake documentation and patient records

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year experience with children and adolescent patients
• Minimum 1 year experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Commit to minimum 8 hours/week during core hours (after 4pm weekdays and weekends)
