You'll design and lead a national talent strategy for NobleReach's Science to Venture ecosystem, identifying, cultivating, and matching talent with opportunities across regional innovation hubs. Your work directly connects federally funded research with the people who can drive it forward.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design talent strategy for S2V ecosystems
• Source and identify talent nationally and regionally
• Build relationships with ecosystem influencers
• Match talent with portfolio opportunities
• Manage Salesforce for talent relationship tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or management
• Proven relationship-driven talent strategy design
• Experience with innovation ecosystems or startup communities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of technology commercialization or university research
• Background in community-building initiatives
