💼 About This Role

You'll lead experiential marketing programs that connect fans to music and creators at Spotify. Your work will blend brand strategy with culturally relevant live experiences across India. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design concerts, fan events, and immersive activations.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop end-to-end experiential marketing programs across physical, digital, and hybrid environments.
  • Translate brand strategy into culturally relevant experiences rooted in music and fandom.
  • Design and execute live music moments including concerts, showcases, and fan events.
  • Manage agency partners, vendors, budgets, and timelines for complex programs.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand marketing, live events, or partnerships.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale experiential campaigns or live music events from concept to execution.
  • Experience working with artists, creators, agencies, and production partners.
  • Strong understanding of culture, music, and fandom in India.
