As an early member of the Recruiting team, you'll partner with the lead recruiter and founders to build a world-class organization. You'll source and build relationships with top-tier operators, ensure noteworthy candidate experiences, and collaborate with the CEO/CTO on closing. This role demands a business-owner mindset and innovative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demo the product to candidates
• Source and engage high-potential candidates
• Attend Engineering standups to understand product iterations
• Project headcount and execute hiring goals
• Partner with CEO/CTO on closing candidates
