You'll architect the Agents-first approach across Xsolla's product portfolio, designing multi-modal interfaces and shared LLM platform layers. You'll shape product strategy and build systems that engineering teams can own at scale with clear handoff documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design agentic architectures with tool-use and multi-step orchestration.
• Define multi-modal interface strategy across product portfolio.
• Build shared LLM platform layer (RAG, prompts, vector search).
• Prototype AI product hypotheses for validation by product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering experience with 2+ years deploying LLM systems in production.
• Proven track record designing agentic systems with tool-use and orchestration.
• Experience designing AI systems for engineering team ownership including runbooks.
• Strong Python engineering skills for production-grade LLM services.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in gaming, payments, or e-commerce.
• Fine-tuning experience with PEFT/LoRA.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
