You'll foster relationships with EAP providers and employers to connect employees to mental health services. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for labor, union, and employer partners.
- Build and manage relationships with EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
- Conduct cold outreach, educational meetings, and presentations to raise awareness.
- Perform in-person field outreach 3-4 days per week to meet employer-based stakeholders.
๐ Requirements
- Reside in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Southern New Jersey, or West Virginia
- 5-8+ years proven sales experience exceeding KPIs
- Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, or EAPs
- Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
