  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for labor, union, and employer partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with EAP stakeholders, HR leaders, and benefits managers.
  • Conduct cold outreach, educational meetings, and presentations to raise awareness.
  • Perform in-person field outreach 3-4 days per week to meet employer-based stakeholders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Reside in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Southern New Jersey, or West Virginia
  • 5-8+ years proven sales experience exceeding KPIs
  • Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, or EAPs
  • Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
