Provide compassionate one-on-one skilled nursing care to a client in their home, with a focus on building meaningful relationships and supporting their health milestones.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Compassionate and reliable
• Ability to work specified shifts (Thurs/Fri 4pm-11pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to one client per shift
• Build client relationships and support milestones
• Document care and communicate with team
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
