💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver training programs for over 10,000 operational staff and 500+ leaders in a dynamic, international environment. You'll coordinate and lead workshops while collaborating with HR and operations to identify learning needs and drive impactful solutions. This role offers autonomy and growth through specialized trainings and a culture of ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate trainings with participants and team leads
• Lead workshops, leadership trainings, and other sessions
• Analyze participant feedback and measure training impact
• Identify learning needs and propose new learning solutions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR or similar
• At least 2 years experience in L&D with in-person training delivery
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel to different locations in Germany and a driver's license
