💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of ~500 SMB customers, building relationships and identifying expansion opportunities for Gearset's Salesforce DevOps platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers reach their technical goals while protecting retention and increasing product adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of ~500 customer accounts to drive adoption and retention
  • Conduct discovery calls and outreach to identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to progress commercial opportunities
  • Act as the voice of customers to product and marketing teams

📋 Requirements

  • B2B customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
  • Commercially curious with ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical topics
  • Highly organised to manage a large customer portfolio
