💼 About This Role

You'll own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of 80-120 accounts, driving retention and value realization through digital-first engagement and strategic touchpoints. You'll design and deliver signal-based engagement by monitoring health metrics and executing targeted campaigns. This role offers the chance to contribute to program improvement and mentor team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 80-120 accounts with digital-first engagement and strategic touchpoints.
  • Execute complex renewal transactions including multi-product negotiations and closing.
  • Design and deliver proactive, signal-based engagement using health metrics and usage patterns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and mentor less experienced team members.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven customer success or account management experience managing portfolios independently.
  • Multilingual capabilities in French, Spanish, German, or other European languages.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and CS platforms (Gainsight preferred).
  • Experience with SaaS products or digital analytics tools (Contentsquare, Heap, Hotjar, or similar).

  • Experience executing renewals or working in a renewals or sales capacity.
  • Track record of creating and executing digital customer engagement campaigns.
  • Experience mentoring or training team members in a CS environment.
