💼 About This Role

You'll engage and nurture prospects during their trial experience, conducting consultative demos and guiding them toward the value of HighLevel's all-in-one sales and marketing platform. You'll impact trial-to-paid conversion rates in a remote-first, performance-based environment. This role offers the chance to be the primary driver of early customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships.
• Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts via Zoom.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers during the trial period.

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of customer service or sales development experience.
• Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and social media tools.
• Ability to learn complex software platforms quickly.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS experience.
• Experience with technical documentation and presentations.
