You'll expand our merchant base by acquiring and onboarding high-potential local businesses in the fitness and wellness space. This role is highly field-based (70-80% travel) and best for those energized by building relationships in person. You'll help shape the future of our field sales approach.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and close new businesses in assigned territory.
- Visit prospective merchants daily and attend local events.
- Own full sales cycle: outreach, drop-ins, negotiation, close.
- Achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets.
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of outbound field sales experience.
- Full-cycle sales methodology expertise with conversion optimization.
- Strong B2B negotiation and time management skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or spa industries.
- Existing local network in relevant sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
