💼 About This Role

You'll join Riveron's Performance Improvement team to help clients optimize earnings and cash through financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence. You'll deliver end-to-end solutions like KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and interim FP&A leadership. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute project plans for FP&A solutions across multiple domains
• Deliver end-to-end reporting including KPI selection and dashboards
• Assist clients in developing forecasting and budgeting processes
• Provide interim FP&A leadership and decision support

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate FP&A, or business operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• SQL, Alteryx, or Python proficiency
• Data visualization experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker

✨ Nice to Have

• Master’s degree preferred
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in operational process analysis and performance metrics
