🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver advanced customer and marketing analytics

• Create dashboards and reporting solutions with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 1–2+ years of experience in analytics or data science
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel
• Experience with machine learning models, especially XGBoost
