- Develop and execute a US-focused employer acquisition strategy
- Build and manage a pipeline of employer relationships
- Design and implement sales strategies to meet partnership goals
- Manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with employer partners
π Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to close partnership or sales opportunities
- Strong experience managing client or employer accounts
