You'll facilitate agile delivery for a modern Quote & Order management platform used by enterprise clients in telecom and banking. Your core impact is enabling multiple squads to execute sprint goals smoothly and remove blockers. This role offers remote flexibility within India and exposure to global digital transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution
• Remove blockers and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
• Track project progress and maintain alignment with delivery milestones
• Communicate sprint status, risks, and updates to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
