You'll lead and scale a high-performing team of SDETs on our Messaging API team at Vonage, a global cloud communications leader. You'll drive test automation and quality strategies across product releases, collaborating with engineering and product teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SDETs to deliver product roadmaps.
• Drive development of test automation frameworks and data sets.
• Establish and analyze quality metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement non-functional testing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering leadership leading a team of 10+ Engineers
• Python programming language advanced knowledge
• CI/CD pipelines comprehensive experience
• Docker or Kubernetes hands-on experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Java, Springboot, or Kotlin experience
• WebRTC or communication testing experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Kafka, Data Science frameworks
