Requirements
- 1+ years SDR management experience with consistent quota attainment
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (SDR or full-cycle)
- Strong expertise in outbound sales via email, phone, and social selling
- Ability to operate at all levels and get in the trenches with the team
- Expert in using LinkedIn, Outreach, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, SFDC
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor SDR team to achieve monthly and quarterly quota
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs effectively
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Report on individual and team-level performance to senior leadership
- Partner with marketing to improve lead scoring and demand generation processes
