You'll serve as the first point of contact for new partners, qualifying leads and onboarding accountants into Xero's Partner Program. You'll drive Xero's expansion into new verticals through outbound sourcing and sales events. Your work directly supports small businesses becoming more efficient.

- Establish presence in new vertical through targeted outbound sourcing
- Qualify high volume of inbound leads for partner products
- Manage prospecting records in Salesforce for data analysis
- Support team with coordination and execution of sales-led events
