You'll own Neo's web platform and evolve the design systems that power it, sitting at the intersection of product design, growth, and systems thinking. Your mission is to ensure Neo's first impression, from core website to landing pages and key conversion flows, is fast, clear, high-quality, and continuously improving. You'll partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Creative, and Engineering to design experiences that don't just look great—they perform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core website, landing pages, and acquisition flows
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Creative to improve conversion
• Build and evolve design system components and patterns
• Enable rapid experimentation and design-to-code alignment

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of product design experience
• Strong experience designing high-performing web experiences or landing pages
• Proven ability to improve conversion through design
• Deep experience building or maintaining design systems used across teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
• Comfortable working with growth, marketing, and creative teams
