You'll drive market expansion through a premier partner alliance, acting as a bridge between G-P and partner sales teams. Your mission is to position G-P as the indispensable global extension of the partner's service offering, ensuring mutual wins when clients hire worldwide.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and leverage a robust network within partners to drive consistent lead flow
- Serve as subject matter expert for international expansion in your region
- Deliver high-energy training to sales teams on G-P value proposition
- Bridge partner-referred leads to the G-P Co-Sell team for tracking
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of success in sales or business development in partner-led environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows
- 3-5 years experience working with or selling into HR Tech, HCM, or Global Payroll industries
- Proven ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term professional connections
โจ Nice to Have
- Direct experience with GTM strategies involving AI-driven HR tech products
- Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, or related field
- Partner marketing experience including event planning and lead development
