You'll support and expand new verticals for Clipboard's healthcare staffing marketplace, making architectural decisions on reuse vs. building from scratch. You'll work closely with operations to iterate quickly based on frequent user feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Product-oriented and customer-focused.
• Full-stack experience with Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis.
• Experience with AWS (ECS, Terraform).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or marketplace products.
• History of working on growth or experimentation teams.
