You'll own commercial terms end-to-end and establish a deal desk function to maximize sales and revenue. You'll act as a force multiplier for the GTM organization, advising on deal structure and pricing strategy. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and is key to our next stage of growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own commercial terms end to end, including pricing and billing structures.
  • Build and lead the deal desk function with clear processes.
  • Partner with Sales on deal strategy to improve win rates.
  • Design and manage pricing levers and promotional strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for commercial terms and workflows.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • AI skills with track record of integrating AI into daily workflows
  • 8+ years total professional experience
  • 5+ years in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or Strategic Business Operations
  • 3+ years of field experience selling or directly influencing sales
  • Expertise in software pricing, promotions, and commercial terms
