💼 About This Role

You'll cultivate and energize our artist community for Figma Weave, bridging AI and human creativity. You'll manage daily Discord presence, host events, and channel user feedback to shape the platform. This role lets you build a creative ecosystem from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve community growth model and health metrics.
• Manage day-to-day Discord presence: moderation, updates, events.
• Plan and host activities like challenges, workshops, live sessions.
• Identify and support collaborations with schools, artists, studios.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building and scaling online communities.
• Hands-on expertise with Discord structuring channels and fostering culture.
• Excellent English communication written and verbal.
• Experience running community events and hosting workshops.

• Background in design, education, or creator programs.
• Experience in creative tech, design tools, or GenAI spaces.
