You'll execute field-level alliance motions with strategic partners across North America, driving sourced and influenced pipeline for Global Payroll, EOR, and CM/COR. You'll build trust with partner sellers and convert ecosystem engagement into opportunities. This fully remote role offers high autonomy and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build ground-level relationships with partner field stakeholders
• Run account mapping and coverage planning with GTM teams
• Proactively source opportunities for payroll and EOR services
• Drive awareness through enablement sessions and events

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience with strategic alliance partners and their ecosystem
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior field stakeholders
• Track record of sourcing and progressing pipeline in enterprise contexts
• Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time
