Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Norteño language, linguistics, or related field (or native fluency with practical experience)
• Deep understanding of Norteño grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
• Experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects (can substitute for degree)
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on language scenarios to test understanding of Norteño grammar and dialect
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
