• Own global field marketing and tradeshow strategy aligned to revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 field marketing professionals.
• Manage end-to-end execution of 12+ major tradeshows per year.
• Build and manage event budgets with ROI discipline.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years B2B marketing experience with 4+ years in field marketing.
• Experience owning and executing large-scale tradeshows.
• Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through events.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting ROI.
