• Manage tender, evaluation and acquisition processes
• Research suppliers and develop commercial strategies
• Negotiate with potential partners and suppliers
• Oversee fulfillment of contractual obligations

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Procuring Contracting Officer for high-value contracts
• Thorough understanding of competitive and sole source procurement principles
• Ability to work independently with complex systems level acquisitions
• Experience with automated procurement tools (E-procurement, ERPs)

• Prior experience in public sector procurement
• Experience in an international environment with military/civilian elements
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
