You'll maintain and repair building equipment, perform predictive and preventive maintenance, and handle complex repairs for a manufacturing facility. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Maintain building interior and exterior surfaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, air compressors, and generators.
• Perform electrical work up to 480v, 3 phase.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to use multi-meter for troubleshooting.
• Experience with fabrication equipment (weld, lathe, mill).
