You'll join the Finance team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, processing high-volume vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments. Your core impact will be maintaining strong financial controls and vendor relationships while supporting month-end closing. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional committed to accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files and manage onboarding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume company.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Esker, Epicor) preferred.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
