You'll own the end-to-end merchandising strategy across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, driving product performance and profitability for a fast-growing coffee equipment brand. You will lead a small team and build scalable workflows to optimize pricing, listings, and promotions globally. This high-impact role combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on execution in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze marketplace pricing, shipping, and promotions to ensure competitiveness.
• Own merchandising strategy and make data-driven pricing and promotional decisions.
• Create structured tasks and workflows for listings, QA, parts, and content teams.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart.

📋 Requirements

• Experience managing multi-channel marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart
• Expertise in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and catalog management
• Ability to lead a team of 4–6 and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of promotions, discounting strategies, and marketplace performance drivers
