💼 About This Role
You'll serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and lead bug management in partnership with Product and Engineering. Your work will directly shape platform improvements while mentoring peers and raising the team's technical bar.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a full, high-volume support queue and handle complex escalations.
- Lead live customer calls to troubleshoot and drive resolution.
- Partner with Engineering and Product on bug reproductions and prioritization.
- Mentor peers and contribute to internal documentation and playbooks.
📋 Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience supporting complex AI or ML-driven products.
- Proven experience as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with APIs, integrations, and system behavior.
- Experience managing bugs and collaborating with Product and Engineering.
