🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and optimize automated workflows across marketing, sales and onboarding systems
• Design and improve automations using HubSpot, Zapier and AI-driven workflows
• Audit existing automations and workflow logic to identify optimization opportunities
• Support CRM process integrity and operational data quality across systems

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience building automations with no-code workflow tools such as Zapier or n8n
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools like Claude or ChatGPT to improve workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana
