You'll own client renewals and retention for agile, technology-focused brands, partnering with Account Executives to drive feature adoption and customer advocacy. Your impact will be measured by net retention targets and mutual value creation.
π― What You'll Do
- Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets
- Build shared Success Plans to drive feature adoption
- Proactively analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
- Mentor junior colleagues and act as escalation point
π Requirements
- 3-6 years relevant experience in Customer Success or related roles
- Strong technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, or Marketing Automation
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Proven track record managing complex, high value accounts
