You'll own client renewals and retention for agile, technology-focused brands, partnering with Account Executives to drive feature adoption and customer advocacy. Your impact will be measured by net retention targets and mutual value creation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets
  • Build shared Success Plans to drive feature adoption
  • Proactively analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
  • Mentor junior colleagues and act as escalation point

  • 3-6 years relevant experience in Customer Success or related roles
  • Strong technical domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, or Marketing Automation
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Proven track record managing complex, high value accounts
