🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via telehealth visits
• Conduct telephonic triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and daily huddles
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates

📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in an accredited physician assistant program
• Active NCCPA certification
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine
• Current NY license
