Description

You will design and build end-to-end AI systems from research to production, prototyping multi-stage architectures and evaluating models for accuracy and cost, enabling reusable AI capabilities across business domains.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development
• Familiarity with deploying ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with NLP including evaluating large language models
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with scalable solutions
• Degree in computer science or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype AI/ML and Gen AI techniques including OCR and RAG to solve use cases
• Create and maintain scalable model evaluations for AI capabilities
• Develop fine-tuning strategies for LLMs and compare SLMs vs LLMs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move prototypes to enterprise-grade systems
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and advocate for new tools
