You'll work with Customer Success, Product, and Data Science teams to build scalable systems for value-based care. This role is key to operationalizing patient and provider engagement programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives for Medicare ACO operations
• Engage in CMS submission process and ensure program compliance
• Manage touchpoints with external stakeholders like federal government
• Operationalize patient- and provider-facing engagement programs

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of healthcare operations experience
• Understanding of Medicare programs (e.g., ACO REACH, MSSP)
• Highly analytical with strong spreadsheet skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
