💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted People Advisor providing comprehensive HR support across the EMEA region at Snowflake. You'll partner with managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and drive People programs and cross-functional collaboration. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and day-to-day matters.
• Triage and manage employee relations issues and investigations.
• Deliver accurate HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with People Partners and COEs to implement People programs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience supporting managers and employees.
• Working knowledge of EMEA employment practices.
• Proven ability to support change management processes.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
