You'll perform home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Howard County, Maryland. You'll conduct diagnostic tests and measurements and develop individualized care plans. This role offers flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility and strength
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of recent work experience as a PT
• Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program
